Notice Anything Different?
Hi there, notice anything different? How about the new blog design? What do you think? Awhile back I mentioned that Lindsay and I were working on this little project. It was so fun to research other blogs, colors and backgrounds that appealed to me. I provided her the color palette and a couple background options, and she came back with several header choices. I chose the one I’m using now because it’s clean, modern and fun.

New Favorite Blogs!
So I’ve had the pleasure of finding some awesome new (for me anyway) blogs over the past couple of months and wanted to share…Here they are by category.

Check out this blogger’s eclectic and awesome home in the latest addition of Rue. Her style is unique and fun, and her posts are hilarious!
This blogger has amazing style as featured in the third of addition of Rue – it’s gorgeous! She also has a penchant for reality TV – with a real love for Real Housewives. She is hilarious and artistic – a blogger bff!
Fashion
Saw this designer highlighted on my all time favorite, Elements of Style, and fell in love with the Designer’s blog! Her sense of style and fashion is fun and original, and I enjoy her honesty and humor about balancing work and home. (And she’s from Ft. Worth so extra points!!)
This has saved me so much money. There’s no need to buy the Us Magazine’s and People' of the world when all the beautiful celebrity fashion (without the horrible stories) is here!

Cocktail Dress Online Sale – Starts Now!
I’m going to apologize in advance for how long this post is going to be. But the Cocktail Dress Project post from Monday sparked some interest – mostly from people not in Houston, SO I decided to host an online sale instead of an event at our place. I photographed each of the dresses, and their respective tags so you can see the size as well as the brand. I apologize for my lack of photography skills – if you want another picture, just let me know!
Here are the sale guidelines…
- Dresses will be sold first come, first serve.
- Dresses will be sold for the listed price + shipping costs. If you are interested, please leave a comment on my blog (or facebook if you are not a follower) with your email address, so I can get back to you personally. All dresses will be dry cleaned and in ready to wear condition!
- If you are unhappy with the dress after you receive it because it doesn’t fit, etc. I will happily refund the price of the dress, and you will just be charged for the shipping costs.
- Dresses listed as 'ON HOLD' means they are being held for someone, but if the dress doesn't fit, they will be on sale again, so let me know if you're interested.
